Good Customer Service seems to be almost a thing of the distant past.
One of the things that has always intrigued and annoyed me is the huge differences in the level of customer service that people get.
I have lived in 4 different countries across this beautiful planet of ours and have experienced many different cultures, people and ways of doing business.
Having worked in Bars, Restaurants, Hotels as well as many service companies it has been a part of me that always believes that good customer service is not hard to give and should also be rewarded when it is given. Oppositely, it is also my own personal opinion that bad customer service should also be brought to people’s attention – that way, everyone can make their own decisions.
So, we created this site to enable and encourage people to share their experiences, both Good and Bad, of customer service around the world for the benefit of all – especially the people who actually provide the Good Service as they rarely get mentioned or thanked.
